No staff, not a single soul on the property. Phone didn’t work in my room, no tv remote; reported and never addressed.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, we have a staff on site 24 hours and for helping hand we have kiosk too, all the rooms have new television with remote, i will personally look into this matter will make sure u won't face this issue in future.

Sean at the front desk was very helpful in whatever I asked and needed. The gentleman who I believe was the maintenance man was very friendly. Place is clean and updated with the exception of the bathroom but that was clean just a little outdated. I would stay there again.

Stayed here for 2 nights because of the hurricane Helene the bathroom was poorly done for handicap people and the room had a portable humidifier that you had to keep dumping yourself if you wanted it to keep the room smelling clean. The people at the front desk were very friendly but will not stay here again. Hotels.com should definitely start checking these hotels if they are recommended
