With four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one ensuite, everyone can have a place to rest and get their own personal retreat.

Feel free to use the provided kayaks and paddleboards to explore the lake or take a leisurely bike ride to the nearby restaurants and shops.
No Dogs, No Parties or Events, No parking in the Grass or Road. This is a quiet family neighborhood, please respect our neighbors and no noise after 10pm.

Gorgeous & Spacious!
The water view when you walk through the front door is incredible! The house sits on a busy street but once you settle into the backyard, most noise dissipates! Our family loved kayaking, fishing, swimming on the property! Pool was fantastic!

The wedding
We came in town for my niece's wedding. We stayed 5 days. It was an amazing house! The pool and hot tub were working and enjoyed the lightshow at night. Very spacious everything worked great! My wife beat me in Ping-Pong, lucky:) Coffee in the morning by water was so peaceful. 5 star from our family! Highly recommend this house.

The windows and sliding door that overlook the pool and the lake allow for natural light which we loved! Such a treat!
We came to Caper Coral for a baseball tournament. The owners were wonderful to communicate with and the house was wonderful. During our off time we were able to relax in the beautiful pool. View of the lake from the pool was tremendous! Will come back and work with owners again.

The property is fantastic and if you pick up food and drinks upon arrival, there’s really no reason to leave with the pool to relax at, and the lake to fish and kayak in. If you feel the need to get out, location didn’t feel touristy but there’s plenty of options for take out and dine in meals in the area.

Fun for multiple generations
Our travel group included ages 6-84, and this property was perfect for everyone. The layout provided privacy and space for everyone. The pool and spa are gorgeous and heated to a comfortable temperature. Some unexpected gems with this property include the nature (we spotted a huge iguana, many bird species and a variety of large fish) as well as a well stocked kitchen and the several different seating areas to enjoy the sunshine or shade at any time of day. Beautiful house in a good location. Beautifully decorated, very clean and well maintained. We found everything we needed to feel at home. The pool and hot tub exceeded our expectations.
