The property is fun and clean. However, there were multiple power outages and no generator. When I asked front desk about it, they said they having a generator is not within their control.

Super clean and quiet, really good sized room and the location is great, close to dining and shopping. Gave it 4 stars for the facilities cause I would have liked an ice machine on the floor. Very friendly staff!

A beautiful, comfortable, and fun place! Due to Ian no elevators are available. That should be made clear during booking for those who cannot climb stairs. Only down side. Clean room, great food and the bar and entertainment was great fun!!

I stayed here with my 7 year old son. Would not recommend for kids or if you’re looking for a place to relax. It is loud/noisy most of the night. And our room was on the 3rd floor, which was terrible to have to carry everything for my son and I up all the stairs since the elevator is out of commission from the hurricane. I realize that properties aren’t going to be in perfect condition but I wish we would have been even on one floor lower. Also, found a black hair in our bed when we were going to bed and my son and I have blonde hair. I told the management about it and all they said was “thank you for letting us know”. Will not be going back.

I really liked the location it was in walking distance to the beach. The hotel rooms were cute and clean. The shower is not handicap accessible and I slipped in the shower and jacked up my elbow. There should be a handle bar to hold on to but there isn’t. The elevator was out of service from hurricane 2022 so things are still under construction. I really enjoyed the Tiki Bar food, drinks and live entertainment was Amazing. I’ll definitely be back.

Nice room pool is aways wonderful still recovering from hurricane Ian Ft.Myers Beach the hotel has good food fryer not working for chicken wings which I love but some other time God bless their recovery
