Propre , belle espace, comptoir avec grille-pain, cafetière, tasses,verres,lavabo,mini frigo,micro-ondes...bien équipée. Bien entretenue.satisfaite.

Gros potentiel mais des lacunes
Publié le 27 août 2023 sur HotelsTrès belle hôtel, bien situé pour une étape vers l’Alaska. Grand parking, très belle chambre, spacieuse et confortable. Très propre mais malheureusement comme souvent, très bruyant, mal insonorisé !
L’accueil était également très froid et très impersonnel, très long et laborieux, plutôt désagréable après une grosse journée de route et de visite, dommage.

Wow, the room had a jacuzzi that I did not use but it was there if I wanted. Much better choice than the Super 8 or Motel 6 next door.

Good enough?
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HotelsNo one really goes to Fort Nelson because they WANT to, so the accomodation options reflect that. At the hotel desk the RCMP has a large sign warning about vehicle break ins and theft. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke and the halls smelled like old greasy food. However, we were tired from driving and had a comfortable sleep!

We appreciate the time you've taken and reviewing us on this platform following your most recent stay. The RCMP sign at the desk has been there since the hotel opened and only as a precautionary measure. Since we have been non-smoking for 6 years now I'm surprised you could smell cigarette smoke in your room and I'm at a loss to know why our hallways would smell like greasy food. Forest fire smoke in our area has been infiltrating our hallways from time to time perhaps it was this that you noted. In any case please know that we've heard your words and will investigate further to ensure we never missed something. We hope the remainder of your journey found you safely at your destination.

The room was large and the beds were comfortable. It was difficult to regulate the AC. No instructions on how to operate the unit. The breakfast was good.

We apologize for the lack of instructions on our AC units but all one simply has to do is hit the plus or minus button in order to regulate the temperature on the unit itself. We are pleased to see that despite that you enjoyed your time with us and we hope to see you again should you travel to bring you back to our area.
