Well maintained Hotel, staff were very helpful room was clean and beds were comfortable. The only down side was indoor pool was ice cold i had booked this hotel specifically so my kids could seim on spring break.

Publié le 10 mars 2024 sur HotelsWas not happy that the people staying in the room next to us were blaring music n trying to sing at 5 in the morning. Then at 9am im standing nude in the bathroom with door open and my husband sleeping and all the sudden i hear someone say housekeeping and opens our room door. You would think in a hotel that charges so much that they would have a way to keep track of who has checked out n who hasn't. Not very happy

Publié le 28 févr. 2024 sur HotelsIt was very nice. The staff was very helpful and very nice. We had issues with the TV not working and they came right up and fixed it. Went as far as to tell us that if it can't be fixed they will move us to another room. The continental breakfast was excellent and we liked the fact that there was coffee and hot chocolate available throughout the day. We requested a late check out as well and they gave it to us with no questions asked. We will definitely be staying there again and requesting the same room.
