Our Trip to Fort Payne
Publié le 12 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was a beautiful place to rest and relax!! The wind chimes on the back porch blowing in the wind was perfect!! It was secluded and quiet. The first floor bedroom and bath were easily accessible for my parents. Everything was well stocked and communication with the host was excellent. Overall this was an enjoyable stay!!

Perfect location!
Publié le 17 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe were working in the woods on the Cumberland Plateau including Little River Canyon Park so the cabin location was perfect. This was also one of the best equipped kitchens I've seen. There was more than enough room for the two of us - we didn't use all the amenities (TV, gas fireplace) but it was good to know they were there if needed or when we return with our families. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!

Great cabin in the woods
Publié le 1 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayGreat 2 bed 2 bath cabin in the woods. Cabin had a wonderful patio to sit on and watch the wildlife. Very clean and in perfect condition. A great place for a quiet getaway. Highly recommend.

GREAT CABIN

Everything was beautiful, clean and well maintained and furnished. It is in such a peaceful setting...almost secluded feeling, and we loved that. We would definitely consider returning and will recommend it to our family and friends.

Really loved Shiela’s Chalet

Prefect weekend getaway!
Publié le 30 août 2021 sur HomeAwayMy Husband and I went to get away for the weekend. This cabin was beautiful. We didn’t want to leave. It is so close to the the little river canyon that you can hear it. The owner has put such detail into everything. I hope to someday return.

Publié le 9 août 2021 sur HomeAwayWe would highly recommend this cabin! The pictures and description of the cabin were accurate. The cabin was very clean, private and in a safe location. The cabin had a very peaceful feel with the beautiful decor and large porch to relax! Great location for hiking and the serenity of the outdoors. The owners have thought of everything to make their guests feel at home! This is a true gem in Fort Payne!
