Too short of stay

Perfect getaway
Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayVery clean. Included everything we needed for an awesome beach experience. Beach was so close, which we loved. Larry kept in touch and was a great host. Beds were comfortable as well, which is important for me. Overall great!

Seaside Serenity
Publié le 18 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is an amazing location! The house was very clean and the perfect size for two adults and a small dog. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. We sat on the upstairs deck in the evenings and would just listen to the sound of the ocean waves. On the 4th of July, we sat on the deck and watched the fireworks. We had the best seat in the house and we didn't have to fight the traffic to get home. Larry was an amazing host! He checked on us frequently to make sure we didn't need anything and everything was to our liking. We will definitely be back!

Great beach getaway!

It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! After the games, we were steps away from the beach which was never crowded. The check-in & check-out process was hassle-free. Mr. Larry stayed in touch and was helpful with any questions I had. We will definitely visit again!!

We couldn't be happier with our experience. You could literally hear the waves crashing from the front porch while enjoying your morning coffee. The walk to beach was so easy. This place was perfect!! Thank you Larry your efforts did not go unnoticed!!!

Cottage thats not a Cottage
Publié le 13 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayIts a nice place close to the beach only thing is it was listed as a cottage not a duplex not sure what it was but was getting bite by some kind of bugs most of the week maybe correct the listing other than that had a good time he was very friendly and helpful

According to the dictionary: a cottage is usually a modest, often cosy dwelling. A cottage is typically in a rural, semi-rural, wooded or beach location. The pictures for the listing show it is a modest, cosy, updated clean unit next to the beach. All accurate.
The area and check-in information mention it is the right side of a duplex.
You never mentioned that you were disappointed with the unit until after you left.
In Florida no-see-ums can be present at sunrise or sunset hours.

great house
