This house offers plenty of fun for the whole family. It has a heated pool, roofed patio with beautiful dining area and gas grill, outdoor ping pong table, hot outdoor shower, loungers, a 2 person hammock, a huge kids playhouse/swing set and an outdoor wood fireplace.
Use the tandem kayak (with cart) and enjoy the ocean which is only a 5 min walk.
We provide everything you need for the beach, beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs and a cart to haul everything.
The fun doesn’t stop inside the house with a FULL SIZE POOL TABLE, board games, toys for kids, multiple flat screen 4K smart TVs, high speed internet etc.
The Fort Pierce Downtown & Marina Area with many great restaurants & bars is less than a 10min drive away.

We had a fabulous time. The amenities (pool, ping pong table, pool table, corn hole, hammock, fire pit) were all used by everyone, nine of us. The closeness to the beach and the jetty was very nice. Did the aquarium and some of us the Navy Seals Museum not far.

Enjoyable vacation home
Overall our stay was very good since we were spending quality time with family! House was as described and had plenty of things to keep everyone occupied. Location was great and neighborhood was quiet. Only downside was there was so much stuff in the garage laying around it was hard to walk through let alone try to use the exercise equipment (which was really good) and some bicycles were rusted/missing chains. There were a few maintenance workers that showed up over the course of our 4 day stay which was surprising. Pool had a lot of debris. Pool lady showed up shortly after we arrived the first day and everyone was swimming by then. Said she would be back another day and never showed up. It wasn’t a huge deal but we expected the pool to at least be clean. We tried to contact the host several times through the app and by text and never had a response which seemed unusual since previous reviews raved about the hosts responsiveness. I would recommend staying here if you have kids and want a laid back vibe.

Beautiful home and in a great area
Everything was great. The communication was excellent, the place was beautiful and it was lots of fun with all kinds of things to do without leaving the house. The home has a gym in the garage, outdoor heated pool, pool table, ping pong table, board games, basketball hoop in the front, hammock in the backyard along with a children's playground. The host also offers a kayak, loads of beach towels, bikes for riding around and many beach chairs. The host always answers right away and is willing to answer any questions. Awesome place and awesome host

The property is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood with good access to beaches, parks and restaurants. It was very clean and had numerous activities available (ping pong, pool, basketball and corn hole). We enjoyed our stay!

The house was as advertised and, for the price, a good option. It is on the older side and seems a little worn but was clean and had all the amenities advertised in the listing. The backyard and garage were not very clean and both were a little disorganized (toys scattered about, chalk left on the trampoline, and lots of stuff in the garage) but the owner had four usable beach chairs, two umbrellas, a couple of bikes, and a beach wagon - everything we needed for trips to the beach which was just a short distance away. The pool was nice, especially after a long day at the beach. This is definitely a family (with children) oriented house. Lots of activities (ping pong, pool table, corn hole, trampoline, etc) to keep kids occupied. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

Great space for a group
We took our family (18, 8, 7 and 5) to Fort Pierce and had a great time. The house is very well appointed for kids. There were toys, games and plenty of baby equipment (we did not need it but it is there). The bed's were comfy, and the neighborhood was quiet. The beach is very close. Jaycee Park is a 3 minute drive and has an amazing playground fun for all the ages. The Park is also right next to a beach with Bay waters which means that it is shallow with no waves. So again, great for the kids. The Island has restaurants and Ice cream. You will want to do your grocery shopping at the Publix off the Island.

This property is so geared toward a wonderful vacation. The house is greatly furnished with everything you could need and the backyard, pool, games just made it so much fun. Josy is the best, she responds so quickly to any questions. Already planning a return trip!!

Had a week stay at the house our family. The house was exactly as it is shown in the listing. We never had a dull moment with the many amenities and entertainment options the house had. Great location with proximity to Fort Pierce, the ocean and other Hutchinson Island attractions.

Our family ages 2-76 loved our stay, this home is packed with games and activities for all ages. Everything was clean, and our host was amazing! I even had to ask a question late on check in night and she immediately messaged me back. If we ever come back to the area, we will definitely look for any of her listings!

Wonderful stay
The house was exactly as pictured. We had a great weekend. I’m pretty sure the pool table was everyone’s favorite part of the house! Very kid friendly, my very active boys were never bored. The beach is a short drive away and I loved how close we were to the jetty park. We spent most of our time there. Would definitely recommend staying here

BEYOND EXPECTATIONS :)
Our experience here was beyond our expectations. :) Our extended family of 11, 6 adults and 5 children ages 2 to 9 had an amazing time. The house and grounds are as they seem in the pictures. It is clean, comfortable and had all things we needed and a few pleasant surprises too! We enjoyed all the fun and relaxing aspects this home had to offer. Communication with the host prior to arriving and while there was wonderful. Thankful to have stayed here and look forward to returning.

Last Minute Trip to Florida
Our family of 6, return to the area several times a year to visit family and friends in St. Lucie and Martin county. This was our first time staying in Fort Pierce on Hutchinson Island, but loved the house and the location. The house is located close to the beach and restaurants with the perfect atmosphere. The house was beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything you could need. The host was great with communication and hospitality, accommodating our last minute trip, just booking the house the day before leaving to travel from Virginia. Highly recommend their property and plan to stay again in the future.
