Disappointed much 😞
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HotelsThe room was spacious however ,soon as we entred the room we saw Cockroach on the wall. The door to room had a huge space at the bottom. The bathtub took forever to drain when you take a shower and the left 3 plastic cups for us to drink from. The table in the room was propped up with a peace of paper. No other utensils was left in the room and my booking was the most expensive of the rooms. Very disappointed and the reception told me she can't do anything about it , I need to to call her when I saw the Cockroach. Eventhough I have photos, I would not recommend.

Dear Karenca,Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the RED ROOF INN FT PIERCE. We are elated to see that the rooms spaciousness was the highlight of your stay. However, your concern regarding bugs in the room, a slow draining tub, no utensils that you've brough to our front desk and the pricing not being to your liking are unsettling to see. Please know that that we work with a Pest Control company who regularly treats the property for pests as is standard in the industry. This is not the standard that Red Roof upholds for our hotel.
