The property was under renovation and was not the most clean at the time of my stay.

Back door, proped open at night. Not letting customers know the place is under construction. no hot tub working

No Jetted Tubs

Booked a room with a jetted tub two weeks in advance. Got a call less than 2 hours before check in saying they don't have that anymore. Oh well, we thought the hot tub would work for a substitute. We were never told then or at check in that the hot tub was closed for maintenance; only found out later. What a disappointment.

Not up to snuff

We were disappointed to discover that the fitness center was not available since the property is under renovation. After a few contacts with the front desk we were told that we would be able to get into the fitness center, even though portions of it were being used as a store-room -- which was good, but the condition of the machines was horrible. I hope that the renovations will include replacing all of the equipment there. The room was okay - but not more - there were exceedingly few outlets available so that we had to unplug a lamp and the clock in order to connect laptops, etc. With everyone travelling with so many electronics today - a room should have at least 3-5 available outlets. Additionally, the coffee maker should have an outlet for itself - not that I have to figure out where to plug it in and then to share the outlet with my laptop. Breakfast barely rates an okay - the bagels, bread, etc. were stale, the eggs and potatoes unappetizing. There was no hot cereal - not even instant -- We have seen breakfasts that were way, way better. Sadly, if we return to the area we will stay someplace else.

The property was nice and clean but the construction was kind of a pain. Didn't like that housekeeping was knocking on our door and barging in at 9 on the day we checked out.

Comfortable and very clean. Even tho they are doing a renovation, and hotel was full, you’d never know it. Everything was very clean and up to date, and it was quiet. Hot tub was not working which was not good. Front desk staff is very friendly and GM De was very helpful.

There were issues at check in. We were given keys to another persons room. They didn’t have a room for us for a while.
