This is an extended stay. Everyonr we had contact with was friendly. helpful and the place was clean. If i had to stay any where for a long time this is where i would choose.

You expect me to buy dishes???

Much more expensive than a Candlewood Suites with fewer actual suite features and amenities.

We work hard to assure that our hotel is clean and comfortable for all guests and at an affordable price. Our rooms are a perfect fit for most travelers whether they are visiting us for one night or a long-term stay. In order to offer the best rates possible for nightly, weekly, and monthly guests, we do not provide a full supply of kitchen materials in the guests’ rooms. We took into consideration that not all guests would need to utilize the My Kitchen, and a full range of supplies is available for purchase at a reasonable price in the onsite My Store. Our goal is to provide clean and comfortable rooms at an affordable price, and hope that your stay mirrored that.

Bed bugs!! Took a picture and showed the front desk guy, said yes that is a bed bug. He was very nice and understanding that I didn't want to stay there. He called his manager and said to give me another room. Decided against that so drove three hours to stay somewhere else as no other rooms were available in the area. Was told no refund. Hope to get into contact with someone. Will no longer stay at this hotel chain.

I would like to assure you that we have strict prevention processes and protocols in place for these situations, in following these protocols it was found that there was no evidence of pests or pest activity in the room in question. Happened to be there while a conference was on and availability’s was low. 330 a night in Pierre is somewhat ridiculous and not right. Place was an ordinary hotel, clean and spacious, but totally not worth the price.
