Pretty average motel. If you or your kids “walk heavy footed”
Stay on bottom floor. Floors are so thin and we felt like we had to tip toe the whole time as not to disturb the people under us since they already complained our first night when my autistic son was walking from
The bathroom to the bed. Lots of workers staying here. Would chose a different less crowded hotel next time

I'm sorry to hear about your experience during your stay with us at the Comfort Inn & Suites. Rogers Ave where hotel is located is dangerous,vehicles fly over the hill going by hotel.Someone needs to contact the city to put in a 3 way light . Risk yours and your passenger's lives trying to turn out of hotel parking lot.

The bed was cozy and clean. We just stayed at the wrong time. The elevator was down and the hotel was overbooked.
The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and tried to be as accommodating as possible. The staff did an excellent job in an unfortunate situation.

Thank you for taking the time to fill out this survey. I'm sorry your stay with us was during the time our elevator motor stopped working. I know it was a huge inconvience for each of our guest. I do appreciate you sharing your compliment's regarding the staff, as this is always nice to hear from our guest especially in this type of situition. Took an hour to get into our room. Our room was on the 4th and the elevator was not working. Front desk person did help us take our luggage up. The room we went to already had someone in it. Went down to get another key the room they put us in. Smelled of mold so bad didn’t want him to breathe in they finally got us another room after I called down and asked what was going on and when were they going to get us another room.
