The staff was friendly and very courteous especially Kaitlyn the night manager who went the extra mile to make sure my elderly parents were comfortable and very much enjoyed our stay. Very clean facility and beds very comfortable. Keep up the great work Holiday inn Express Fort Smith airport.

The property was very clean, and had polite staff. My only complaints are that I could hear every step of the people in the room above me. My other complaint was the breakfast. While it had a variety of options, it just didn’t taste “right”. Strange aftertaste, and watery orange juice. I would still stay here and just consider that going forward. The room was very nice!
