Older property in need of some remodeling. Staff was very accommodating

Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur Hotelsthe toilet was broken and when I went to report it the lady said Well we don't have a Maintenace man I guess I could move you which for our physical condition was not an option for us SO I FIXED THE TOILET MYSELF I found the staff other than the food lady tom be lazy and really didn't care about customer service we went to buy sone snacks and the rude lady said YOU HAVE TO PAY IN CASH that wasn't a problem but her attitude stunk the only friendly person ws the food server she was great and the guy who was at the counter when we checked out was also ok

I have a truck and small trailer, they told me to park on street, no problem. It was a little crowded. A/c was very noisy, temp dropped outside, i thankfully shut it off. I ran it long enough to cool room off. No hot water for shower, ran it a long time. I told front desk. No offer of money back. Good luck.

Very close to many restaurants. The area seems to have a lot of traffic but restaurants are within walking distance which is good. The area outside the hotel was very noisy in the morning around 7. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable but the toilet didn’t flush completely on first flush.

Everything was fine except the barking dog in the room next door. I was so tired it was only an issue for 5 min as i fell asleep quickly
