Publié le 16 févr. 2018 sur HotelsRooms need upgrades other than bath which was spacious with walkin shower. Loud air control, dirty surfaces, defective TV. Only 5 minutes to airport and cheap as pluses.

staff was very friendly and accomadating, room very clean, room recently renovated, young lady at the front even made me coffee and was extremely helpful and answered all my questions, hotel was close to many restraunts

Emplacement : Plenty of shopping nearby, within 5 minutes of the University of Arkansas Fort Smith campus as well as Medical facilities.
Motel had recently changed hands and went from a Motel6 to a Rodeway Inn. Was informed that a remodel was in place by another hotel and that they were under the impression that the room I was placed in had been closed until remodel was complete. Carpet was stained and had cigarette burns all over it. Turn on the heat and it stunk up the room in less then 5 minutes where you couldn't breathe. No Wi-Fi as listed but upon check out they had a sign at the front desk apologizing for the inconvenience. Will not return, nor will I recommend it to anyone else even with such an affordable rate.

Decent Place for a Short Stay
Publié le 21 sept. 2017 sur HotelsIt was a decent stay for the low price. I did have a dead roach on my bed, but it was dead so I figured it means they are keeping it under control. The hotel is really old. The tv was a box tv, but I was ok with it. I don't really care about tv though. I didn't have shampoo in the room. Just a couple of bars of soap. There was no hair dryer in the room, but I expected that for the price. I wouldn't stay there more than a couple of days, but for just a place to lay your head for the night it was fine. It didn't have a funny smell or anything either.
