Good hotel

Compared to other hotels in Fort St John, this one was nice.
Breakfast wasn’t good at all.
Rooms were quite and clean.
I’ll recommend it.

Mal isolé et mal nettoyé...
Publié le 11 mars 2013 sur HotelsJ'étais à l'hotel en Hiver et le climatiseur était isoler avec un sac de vidange. Il était plutôt compliquer de garder une température adéquate. De plus, le ménage laissait vraiment à désirer. Les coins de plafonds étaient plein de poussière et de fils. Plusieurs fois le service de chambre n'avait pas encore fait ma chambre a mon retour à l'hotel vers les 4:30 pm. Le gym est constitué d'un tapis défectueux, d'un vélo sans banc et d'une absence de poids. Le spa est inexistant .....

Our room was cleaned but not sanitized. I recomend using ozen machine to atleast eliminaye the smoke smell. Its not for a family stay. The lady when we check in, she knows that we have an infant but still recomended that smoking room and honestly its not pleasing to breath to a room like that especially to my 3 kids

Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe staff was outstanding, very friendly, welcoming and helpful, the continental breakfast was disappointing but the original room was being renovated so it was makeshift across the hall but only 2 choices for hot food and the hashbrowns were cold and raw in the middle bread was stale as it was sitting on top of the hot toaster and 1 cereal dispensers was broken over I had a comfortable relaxing time but needs a few small improvements lime only decaffeinated coffe and not enough sugar disappointing but was very happy with the staff

Staff were helpful and accommodating when parking my semi and trailer. Front desk staff was the friendliest most welcoming people ive seen in over 40 hotel stays yet this year.
