You pay for the pool and hot tub, and nothing is available. The sauna is not hot. When it's windy, all wind is in your room. And the staff doesn't explain the time for the breakfast. All restaurant around closed are 6pm so it's not a good hotel and not good place for stay.

Bathtub spout when pin pulled for shower head to operate it leaked more from the bottom then from the top… a bug crawled on me when i was asleep

Room was very old with a bad smell and flies inside. Some of the kitchen cabinets were broken with black goo on the floor near the fridge. We had a yellow scorpion in our sink. We left immediately after seeing the scorpion since we're staying with our dog and we can't afford the risk. The stuff understood the problem and offered a full refund

Very comfortable stay and pet friendly. Maintenance was somewhat lacking…numerous lights not working and room door security latch broken

Atrium area is a fun feature at a budget hotel. Strong wifi and a generously sized room also appreciated.

If the refrigerator was not frozen and worked properly, it would have been 5 star. More towels would be greatly appreciated
