This hotel has highly upgraded amenities. Very modern furnishings, electronics etc. I highly recommend.

Great daily breakfast and coffee. Good parking for large moving trucks and trailers. Easy access to I-10 east and west. Gas station / convenience store within walking distance.
Only bad review...outdoor pool was closed for the winter even though it was 95 degrees out.
