Well designed and furnished, this 2-story beach house is recently updated and one house away from beachfront / ocean views just less than few seconds away from private Crystal Beach and complimentary daily beach service includes chairs and umbrella (Mar 1st to Oct 31st). Amenities include professional ice maker and wet bar on 1st floor. Open concept living, dining and kitchen areas on the 2nd floor welcome Gulf views from its wall of windows and balcony. Updated kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, an island with plenty of workspace, and a breakfast bar. Master suite offers double vanities and a large walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms and morning kitchen are found on 1st floor. Centrally located within minutes of town's major shopping centers, restaurants, and supermarkets. Enjoy spectacular panoramic beachfront views from 2nd floor balcony, great room, and master bedroom. All rooms professionally decorated with high end furnishings. This property was exceptional as was communication with the owner. You will not find a better, nicer, more convenient place to stay along the beach!! Private beach and chair service are a huge plus!

3 friends and I visited over Labor Day. Beach access was easy and appreciated having table/umbrella on the beach. House was very nice, kitchen well equipped. Good to have extra icemaker for packing a cooler. Nicely decorated, clean, even better than pictured, with 2 parking places, extra beach chairs, - it's clear the host has put some thought into making this a great place to stay. We only had a few questions, and host was very quck to answer. Nice residential area near restaurants and stores.

Best beach trip we've ever had
I've used VRBO quite a bit and this is by far the best my favorite place we've ever stayed. Incredibly close and convenient to the beach. We were able to quickly walk there every day. Plus a cute little cafe near by. The house was great and had everything we needed. The host quickly communicated through the entire process. She really made it easy and I just love that house.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation living in the cottage. The property was clean and basically looked just like the pictures. We had a great view of the beach from the home and of course we enjoyed the private beach. I highly recommend that this property if you’re in Destin.

Well appointed house in a perfect location

Great stay
My family and I traveled to Destin with our 2 young kiddos and stayed at Tiffany’s home for 5 days. It was a great location, the beach service was an AWESOME perk and the communication with Tiffany was very easy. My husband and I enjoyed walking to Camille’s down the street for coffee several mornings with our girls. This home is in a good central location and close to several restaurants and shopping areas. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent a home for their stay.

the place is acceptable but old construction well located, old beds and old linen, the worst experience was the owner charging my credit card for damage that we never did to the wall it seems like a job that was badly repaired in the past a crack or small hole who gave in with the professional paste and very likely they saw it was now and decided to charge none of the guests, much less me, did such a thing at this point I doubt the honesty of the work team that the owner has who are also quite young teenagers They are the ones who do the maintenance on the conscience of the owner, the payment made will remain, he was kind at first and then he came out with this, I feel cheated

2nd time staying here and it felt like home!
I am so glad we came back! The beaches were a bit busier since it was Memorial Day weekend but we did not care. No matter what time we came down to the beach we had reserved seats right next to the house. We will be back next year!
