6th Floor Warm, Welcoming Condo On Okaloosa Island! Waterfall, Lazy River Reviews

Location' pools and updated condo was great! The beds in our condo seemed older and pillows were horrible. There were no extra blankets or pillows and no extras.....toilet paper, dishwasher soap. Overall a good location for a family!

The facility was perfect especially for a family with small children. Easy to get to the pools and beach and within walking distance of restaurants and stores. Unit is spacious and easy access to the elevator and parking deck. We will be back!

We had the very best time here! The condo and the property were beautiful. It was like a dream the entire stay. We had our own family of 5, plus two friends. There was plenty of room and plenty of fun. We only left the property one day because the resort and beach had so much to do and was so beautiful. The free movie rental was an extra bonus at night! We enjoyed hanging out at the beach or pools, going right up to our room for snacks or lunch and then back out. It was very easy and convenient. Thank you so much-we will be back!

Our family had lots of fun! The place its self was nice but definitely needs new cleaning staff for the condos. Everything worked and was roomy. I'm not sure if each condo has their own cleaning staff or if its through waterscape either way they need to change or check up on them. The sheets on the beds were obviously not changed after the last visitors, there was hair in the bed when we pulled the comforter back to get into the bed. The master bed is horrible! There is a pad on it I'm guessing for comfort but it made the bed worse! The master bath shower had mold in it all along the caulking lines. The hall bath has mold all over the ceiling and walls, like there is obviously a leak somewhere above. The place was VERY dusty and the floors were so dirty, the bottom of our feet were black at the end of the day. The showers have NO water pressure, so taking a nice shower after being out all day just isnt happening. The water doesn't even reach the back of the shower... Waterscape its self is AMAZING I really think it's just this condo. The lazy river and pools, location, staff were all great! I would definitely stay here again but just pick a different condo. I think if they had better cleaning staff the condo wouldnt have a chance to get into the shape this one is in. I cant believe someone hasn't reported all the issues before especially the mold in the hall bath. I would 100% recommend Waterscape... just get better cleaning/ maintenance staff.

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The only negative was that the mattress in the master was pretty uncomfortable. My overall impression of the property itself was very good. I liked that there were options of toddler area, heated pool, main pool, hot tubs, lazy river, and beach. I also really enjoyed that beach chairs with umbrellas were provided. That was so helpful.

Bed in master bedroom is bad and needs to be replaced. Also, ceiling in second bath in need of repair due to what looks like mildew Very nice otherwise inside and pool area very nice. Would stay again if replace the bed
