Hurricane Helene Stay
Publié le 28 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay but ended it early due to hurricane Helene and not sure what or if it would effect the area. Great weather while we were there. Had to communicate with the property management and they were very quick to respond. We thought that beach service was included but found out while using the chairs and umbrella our first day that it was not. Ended up going to get a canopy and used the chairs at the condo and worked out great.
Condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

Publié le 12 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe condo was clean, kitchen stocked with what we needed, washer and dryer easy to use, beds comfy, and balcony had a pretty good view of the beach. Pool was smaller but clean and had no issues with being over crowded. Walk to beach wasn’t bad at all. We enjoyed our stay. No complaints.

Great beach condo!
Publié le 12 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were very pleased with everything about this unit! Great location on Okaloosa Island with plenty of dining and entertainment just minutes away. The only complaint I could really have is that there was no coffee provided, but that was easily rectified with a quick walk to Tom Thumb next door.
My previous experience with Vacasa didn’t go so well but after saying here, the previous issues have all but disappeared from my thoughts. They really delivered this time! The kitchen was well appointed with all necessary utensils, pots, pans, etc. and the coffee pot is set up for tradition brewing or K-cups. The view from the balcony was great and made for an excellent spot for morning coffee or mimosas, or whatever drink you prefer while listening to the waves. I would definitely stay here again.

Emerald Coast vacay
Publié le 4 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place is sooo nice. It was perfectly cleaned, nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, and it was very well equipped. It's in a great location. We would definitively stay here again. Thank you VACASA. It sure did feel like a nice va (cation) home (casa)!

Publié le 20 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy family of 5 enjoyed our stay! The elevator seemed dated but once inside the condo everything was updated and beautiful. Great views of the sunrise from the balcony! We gave 4* for cleanliness simply because the floors didn't appear to have been swept.. but sand can be difficult to get up so maybe it was swept but some sand remained. Definitely 5* overall.
