La musique s’éteint trop tardivement
Nous avons du appeler l’accueil pour qu’à 23:30 la musique forte soit baissée
C’est un hôtel familial pas une boîte de nuit

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We a very sorry to hear that you had to call the front desk about the volume of the music during your stay. We have spoken to the restaurant manager about this issue and she will be using this as a training opportunity to ensure it does not happen in the future. We hope that when you return to the Fort Walton Beach area that you give us another chance to make your stay the best possible stay you could want.

The best things about this place were the food at the restaurant and the fact that's it's right on the beach. I expected better for the cost. The hallways were like motel hallways. The noise level from doors closing, ice machine, people walking above you was nothing I have experienced in other hotels where I paid much less. The front desk employee was not friendly at all. She was on her phone when I arrived, which wouldn't have mattered to me if she would have given a proper greeting. She acted like I was bothering her. She needs to work in the back somewhere doing paperwork, not the first face you see after a long drive. Service at the restaurant was subpar. Not very friendly or welcoming. They need more help. One person doing hostess, serving tables and the bar. We watched our food sitting in the window piling up with all the rest until finally the girl plating started trying to serve tables. But the food was delicious. If I stayed in Destin again i would come to the remedy restaurant for the gumbo and those fries.

Me and my gal pals (3 total) enjoyed this hotel very much. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for all of our luggage. Our Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Close proximity to the beach. We loved the Remedy restaurant and bar in the hotel. The lobby was nice and the staff was great. The outside doesn’t do the inside of this hotel justice. We will be back.

What a gem to find this property! The staff was amazing! Check in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The ocean view and sunset view from the room was gorgeous! This place will be my 1st inquiry next time I take a trip to the beach!

Unfortunately, we had to shorten our stay here due to the hurricane. The place itself as well as the room was very nice and clean. If we are able to make back to FWB we will for sure try to stay here again.
