Pool heating is available upon request for $50 per night. Pool heating must be confirmed at least 48 hours before check in. We do not offer partial days of heating.
Please let us know if you have any questions, an acceptance of the booking is an agreement to the below rules.

- No smoking inside; however, smoking is permitted outside of the home but dispose of cigarette butts in the trash. Damage to furniture from hot ash will result in a fee. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a fee.

- No parties. Be respectful towards the neighbors by avoiding loud music throughout the night.

- No unauthorized guests. The reservation must be accurate to include number of children, infants, and pets. There is a $30 fee per night, per guest for any unauthorized guests.

- There will be video surveillance in the front and sides of the property. We respect our guest's privacy, so no video is in or aimed inside of the home. A $400 fine will be issued if any of the cameras are covered/damaged.

- Children must never be left alone, direct
supervision is required.

- If you are bringing your pet (Pet included in
reservation required)
o Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture
o Pick up after your pet
o Do not leave your pet unattended in the house, if unable to watch your pet, they must be crated or left in the back yard with food and water
o There is a $150 flat pet fee per reservation, not per pet.

- If using the Hot Tub
o Please Rinse off in the outdoor shower adjacent to the hot tub before use, this will ensure hot tub stays sanitary and soap and oil free for your stay.

- If using the Pool
o Do not bring any foreign objects into the pool (ie. sand, mud, debris, drinks)
o Pool heating is available upon request for $50 per night x nights of your entire stay, pool heating must be confirmed at least 48 hours before check in. We do not offer partial days of heating.

-If using the Grill
o Clean grill after use and let us know if more propane is needed, it is complimentary! A dirty grill upon check out will result in $50 extra cleaning fee.

Great Host!
There were some issues with the hot tub, but the host worked hard to make sure we had something by bringing in a portable hot tub. There were also issues with the timer on the pool heater, but the host was very kind to work with us and offer refunds, etc. It was a very good experience and I would gladly use this host again!

Weekend Getaway
We absolutely loved our stay here. The check in and out process was easy. Demetrio was in communication throughout the whole weekend with recommendations and checking if we needed anything. The house was clean and comfy. Our favorite was the backyard where we spent most of our time relaxing in the pool. I would definitely stay here again!

This was in frist time to Fort Walton Beach. It was awesome. This awesome place is perfect for a vacation you have everything you need in one place. The host is quick to respond to any questions. They was snacks left for my family to enjoy. You was meet at the door with wonderful clean smell. The is a wonderful place to stay i cant keep on about it. There so much wonderful things about this house. This wonderful home is also in a great location. The location was perfect for my family an the place we was intrested in going. Very nice home away from home
The property manager was phenomenal! We were greeted with wonderful hospitality- treats and drinks! The house had everything you needed for the beach. Plenty of pool towels too, a big plus! The house is very nice inside with new appliances. Beds were comfortable. House was clean inside, it had the usual wear and tear, but overall in good condition. The only downside was the hot tub never got hot enough, overgrown weeds outside and old cigarette butts everywhere. I did a quick pickup before I let the small family dog outside. Other than that- I would stay here again. The house is convenient to everything and the neighborhood is very nice, with a park in walking distance.

Awesome house!
We absolutely loved our stay in this home. It was beautiful and very clean. The house literally has everything you need and we only bought food to cook. House does need a new shower handle in hallway bathroom it kept falling off because the screw seemed to be stripped. The garbage cans outside were also very smelly with sworms of flies and seemed like they needed to be desperately cleaned out. These are very minor and did not affect out stay, but thought it would be helpful to leave feedback for owner.

Great place to stay!
The property is centrally located and close to everything we wanted to do. Eventhough its right on a main highway, we didnt even notice the road traffic and you wouldn't even know there were neighbors because it was very quiet. The backyard space was very inviting and fun. The private pool, hot tub, grilling area and outdoor music by alexa was very nice. The property owner was very helpful, and easy to reach when we had questions. They responded within an hour. The check in process was spot on! I would definitely recommend this rental.

We had 10 people and there was plenty of space to spread out. House was well equipped with everything we needed. Grandkids loved the pool, grilled out, relaxed in the backyard and was pet friendly!! Very clean and was easy to check in and out. Provided plenty of towels for pool and beach which was a big help. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family!!!

It was perfect for our family vacation. We had 6 adults and 4 children. We enjoyed the back yard in the evening. The pool kept the kids busy while the adults tried to relax from long days of fun.
