Merci pour votre avis. Nous apprécions vos commentaires et sommes désolés d'apprendre que notre hôtel ne vous a pas fourni les commodités que vous attendiez. Nous savons que la plupart des hôtels offrent un nettoyage quotidien, des ustensiles de cuisine, des articles de toilette et d'autres commodités, ce qui est une attente naturelle. WoodSpring Suites est un hôtel de long terme axé sur la valeur, ce qui explique pourquoi nous offrons un service de ménage bihebdomadaire pour les clients de long séjour et des options pour ajouter des équipements supplémentaires, comme la batterie de cuisine, à leurs chambres. Cela nous permet d'offrir la meilleure valeur possible à nos clients afin qu'ils personnalisent leur séjour comme ils le souhaitent et qu'ils paient pour les commodités qu'ils veulent utiliser. Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez rencontré des désagréments au lieu d'un séjour positif qui est notre but et ce que vous méritez. There was trash underneath the sink, dirty clothes in the dresser drawers, Walter on the floor from the A/C unit, room smelled like mold and no remote to the television. All this was taken care of by the nice young lady at the front desk. I came away from the stay feeling a lot better about this hotel, but I called today to check on my deposit that was supposed to be refunded only to find out that it had not been processed. Now I will have to wait and additional 5-7 business days to get my money. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

This was the worst experience ever and they messed up my charge they had absolutely no idea of what they are doing and I had to sleep in my truck and they were arguing with me and then they had me waste 40 dollars for pre paid cards and they were no help with the situation and the lady started flipping out and she says we're out of line and we just want all our money back because I never stayed at the hotel because she said she was calling the cops and told me that I had to leave and she didn't even cancel the reservation because that is like stealing from me because she charged me for the room after I was told that I had to leave and I want this taken care of and I should get back something for all the money and trouble I had to deal with and then I'm disabled on top of it and may be the whole thing that they thought that I would not turn them in for abuse stealing and making all the money tied up with all the crap that they have me enrolled in this was the worst experience I have ever had absolutely ridiculous and I am still trying to get it fixed a week later and I hope you are able to make it right

We made the mistake of booking this stay because it was relatively close to the airport. When we showed up to the property, it is located in sort of a nook of a large parking lot that is not very well lit. This doesn't help at all with the safely concerns of the area. We showed up and the Uber driver even joked about the area and drug activity. Sheesh. When checking into the property, the front desk person was friendly enough, polite, and helpful. The positives end there. The hotel itself does not seem clean and we saw several people walking in and out of the property. We got up to our very disappointing room with what has to be a 15-year-old 43" flat screen, a very uncomfortable, very creaky bed, and sort of a musty smell. We ended up walking to a CVS pharmacy in the same parking lot to grab a few items and walked past several people outside. This included a shirtless guy walking out of the hotel ahead of us, a guy loading or unloading something from his trunk in the parking lot (not sure what), and a group of men outside with a very strong odor of marijuana coming from their area in the parking lot. We wanted to have one last night in Destin before our early flight in the morning but decided against it due to safety concerns after walking past all of that and not walking to come back home too late to walk past it again. We were very happy to leave in the morning and will never be back.

Stayed there before and am satisfied though this stay was without active Cable. Staff was informed and Manager credited $20 which goes through your accounting to be remitted back to me. Thx
