CLOSED SWIMMING POOL.
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HotelsI don't know whose fault it was… But I specifically selected this hotel to use the swimming pool. When I got there, there was a sign-up saying it was closed for the season. I'm not sure if it's Hotels.com fault or the hotel itself.

The interactions we had with staff was amazing!! Not my first stay in this hotel. We make frequent trips to the area. This is an economical choice that works when we are staying for a few days. Close to all areas of Fort Walton and easy access to both Destin and Navarre.

Area felt safe and very well lit, also very quiet and no noisy neighbors.
The pillow could have been better, hair dryer didn’t work and saw a couple baby roaches in the bathroom.
Also they requested a $50 cash deposit.. most people do not carry cash on them. The Expedia website never said it said to be a cash payment.. typically this deposit is placed as a hold on my credit card at every other hotel I’ve been to. Thankfully the gentleman at the front desk was able to accommodate me and not force me to use the ATM and give cash.
