Area felt safe and very well lit, also very quiet and no noisy neighbors. The pillow could have been better, hair dryer didn’t work and saw a couple baby roaches in the bathroom. Also they requested a $50 cash deposit.. most people do not carry cash on them. The Expedia website never said it said to be a cash payment.. typically this deposit is placed as a hold on my credit card at every other hotel I’ve been to. Thankfully the gentleman at the front desk was able to accommodate me and not force me to use the ATM and give cash.

Hotel was fine. Nothing unique.nJust a standard hotel.Was disappointed because would have liked a first floor by where we parked but got 3 rd floor at the very end of the hall. Luckily there was an elevator.

We changed rooms hair dryer did not work and the bed linen were worn and yellowed

There were spiders and bugs in the room. The rooms smelt as well. Not sure we all even slept. You only had 15 minutes to after check in to be fully refundable. By the time we checked in and notice all of this it was after the time frame.

Took was dirty with someone else’s urine in toilet, room smelt god awful

A poorly maintained and beat looking especially on the inside. The worst hotel in the Fort Walton area. Can’t book in until 3:00pm and English is a challenge in the office. I would never stay there again.
