I loved how clean the property was! Staff went above making sure everything was clean and kept
Cons.. my comforter had a huge blood stain on it when we went to pull the covers down!! And toilet ran the whole time after having it fixed!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our entire stay we had issues with our toilet but the staff fixed it each time. We also had some harassing guests but after reporting them to the front desk, we were not bothered anymore. overall, we enjoyed the stay!

Staff were so helpful, including the text messaging system.
Very clean everywhere.
Liked that we could go to the sister hotel and use their pool and restaurant.
Loved that we could walk to the beach.

Excellent service

The hotel needs some upgrades and better care.
The bed was comfortable and the staff was always helpful and wanting to help, solve issues.

The room had a slight musty odor. The thermostat did not function properly and the room would get significantly colder than what the thermostat was set at. Otherwise, the hotel, pool, and beach access were great. Short walk to the pier and shops. We would definitely stay there again.
