Dilapidated Unit
Publié le 31 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis unit hasn’t been updated since the 2022 reviews. The furniture is awful. The floors need a good sweep and mop. The kitchen faucet leaks. The fridge doesn’t cool. The guest toilet isn’t secure. Some of the lights don’t work. Most of the lights are no longer LED. No broom available to sweep randomly if needed. The utensils are old and melted. The shower heads do not give pressure. Needs new paint. The balcony chairs are cheap. This unit is nothing like the pictures.

Good place

Price was cheaper than most other places for our stay, and we were lookin for gulf view and a clean place. You will def get both with this unit. As for the room, yeah it’s a little dated but honestly this wasn’t a problem for us. Everything worked just has some use to it. Def worth the stay!

Pictures are very deceiving
Publié le 15 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis condo has a beautiful view of the ocean! And served its purpose for the week. But it definitely needs some major updates. Thankfully we had friends in the next condo over, and we were not in the condo much. Needs updated decorations, wallpaper is peeling in multiple places, slow draining bathtubs, loose toilet seats. The kitchen supplies need to be updated. If you plan to cook much in the condo you don’t have much to do it with. Do not buy frozen pizzas because there is no pizza pan. If you have a very large family to do laundry for, you will be doing laundry all the time. Washing machine and dryer are extremely small capacity. The room was clean upon a arrival and they allowed us early check in which was nice. But overall I would not recommend this condo. I have stayed at way nicer condos for less money. Don’t let the pictures fool you. They do not show the true condition of this place!
