I was charged different from what Expedia told me the total was when I asked why the front desk lady told me that Expedia never gives the right rate and total.

Overall, this is a nice property on the Gulf with a beautiful view. The staff was friendly, the pool was good, and I loved the outdoor patio and the convenience of having laundry facilities. The room was nice, with a Gulf view and a balcony, and the full kitchen was very convenient. Everything would have been perfect for a five-star rating if the breakfast had been better. It was minimal, greasy, and not sufficient to feed everyone until the cutoff time. I wish they would focus more on improving this area.

The property was uniquely set at the Bay; it was very clean; staff was professional and courteous. A great site to stay.

The pool and outside patio was amazing. However, the air conditioner in one of our separate rooms stopped working the second day. Also while down at the pool my oldest daughter was in the room and received a call stating the silent smoke alarm went off and asked if she was cooking. She responded with no and immediately called me. The breakfast was good except to much powered sugar on the waffles that made them almost impossible to eat. The staff was great with greeting as we entered or exited the building.
