This place was clean all the time, truly. Everyone was nice and helpful the whole time as well.
This is not a super quiet place, keep in mind. You can often hear other peoples doors slamming, as they have swelled in the florida hummidity and it takes some force to close them. The dj in the summer goes until 9 and you can hear that in building C in your room. Didn't bother us much!
Location is EVERYTHING. If you have an ocean view balcony, you will want to be on the 3rd floor or higher. Beach access is right there below you and it is the only nicely lit one, so its easy to find after a beach sunset. I didnt see ADA access to the beach, but i could have missed it.
Overall, it was great. We would stay again if we were going back anytime soon. On to new adventures.

We had a terrible experience on this hotel. Our first night after we came back from beach, we tried to take a shower and we only had BOILING hot water, I submitted a maintenance request and they sent a person and he told us that we where going to be relocated to another room due to water faucet being broken. Next day in the morning i was moved room that was not like the one we payed for but we decided to stay there since we didn’t want to deal with getting another hotel. New room have the same problem. There was no cool water at all. I talk to front office and i was told that they don’t control over their water lines. So i guess i was supposed to stay without being able to take a shower for 5 days????. I requested a refund for the 3 nights that we weren’t going to to stay and i was told that they were not going to refund my money back. So stay away from this hotel.DONT RUIN YOUR VACATIONS LIKE THEY DID TO ME!!!

Very clean , Veronica our room inspector was very friendly, the food served at Manatees is really good..the Manager Morgan was very nice as well, unfortunately Sarah the front desk that checks you is not friendly, no customer service at all. Besides that great experience

Very nice . Very friendly staff. Beautiful room. The mattress was sunk in in the middle. Worst nights sleep we ever had!!! New every thing else…. But not the bed:(
