We had a bad experience with a bug in the room (just one bug that we killed) and the constant smell of cigarettes. Other than that, which I know can be a big deal for people, the place was a nice surprise. The whole room was really clean, the beds (which I throughly checked), the bathroom, the towels, cabinets, even the carpet looked clean. Breakfast was very decent. Personnel was always nice and warm, even checked in the first day to see if everything was ok with the room (before bug surprise). Although there is always construction personnel around the place and staying in, we were two females alone and felt safe the whole stay. Very accesible place, many restaurants and stores at walking distance, close to downtown (if you have transportation). If it weren’t for the bug, Id think it’s a good place for the price.

It was excellent. Friendly staff and the installations are clean. The breakfast menu is good as well as the food. The person in charge of setting it up goes beyond his duties, he is friendly and funny and you can tell he enjoys his job. The night shift receptionist is friendly and customer-oriented, both of them deserve 5 stars. The only bad spot was the sofa's mattress had a stain.

Great place
The staff was very nice and helpful. They even called to check to make sure everything was ok with the room. Had drinks in the lobby 24. Close to a lot of different restaurants. Room was very clean and I felt safe while staying there. The pictures are what the room looks like. Only thing I can think that sucked is they don’t use the little shampoo bottles they have the ones that attached to the wall that you can’t steal.

Their breakfast were not up to par. Coffee was always cold. Went down first morning because it wasn’t busy they closed early and didn’t have much. The lady that checked us us in was very rude. The guys that we seen the rest of the times were so friendly and great. We left our room every day. Towels brought in but didn’t make bed

I like staying at BW. This location seems a little older and could use some updates. The room was comfortable, the bed ok. They serve a hot breakfast which was also ok.

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming and they called us to see if everything was ok after check in. There was just a terrible smell in the room, torn curtains and the bathroom had a low ceiling which felt claustrophobic although they had updated tile etc. It is a lower budget hotel so I think you get what you pay for. If you are just stopping to rest I think it's fine and as I mentioned they were friendly and helpful.
