No sign outside signifying the building. Breakfast was horrible. Very dated and dirty.

Needs more staff
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel has recently been purchased. It is still a Best Western Plus but they have a few things to work since new management. They are very short staffed and working hard to overcome staffing problems but there are times there is no one but housekeeping at the front desk who are able to help checking in or checking out. There was someone who could assist right at 3 to do check-ins. But at check-out, there was no one except housekeeping staff to turn room keys to.
On the pro side, the room was very side. My room was not quite ready on check-in but housekeeping worked very hard to get it ready because I was tired and needed to rest before dinner. Breakfast was good with many options.

thank you for letting us know about your recent stay. Yes, we are short staffed and that does mean that there are times that housekeeping does have to work the front desk, however, they have been trained to do so. We are working very hard on getting people hired and trained for the front desk. By your next stay with us we will be better equipped for your needs.

Ran out of towels, dirty/smelly carpets, a/C barely kept up at max. Overall not impressed.

We are sorry for the inconveniences during your stay. The good news is we are getting a new batch of towels in and the carpet will be replace next month.
