And to ensure that all of our guests can enjoy our rooms we do a thorough cleaning on each pet room, which is why we do have a non-refundable pet fee.

Paid extra for a room with a jacuzzi. Tub was in horrible condition and I'm pretty sure it was molded in areas. Also, while I was checking out the tub, there was a flea on my foot.
