Complete garbage. Please stay away from this hellhole even if it's offered free. No trash can or bin was in any room. We saw random trash at the entrance and all over the property and bad smells. Bathroom door was locked. Key cards stopped working randomly , No soap or anything like that in the room. Random broken floors in the room. It was a complete dump.

Awful place the room smelled of death the frint desk person was reasonable and refunded all my money their remodeling but there was trash all over the sidewalk to get in the room.

This Hotel should close down the conditions inside and outside are terrible. Stained bedsheets and beds carpet floor looks like it wasn’t be cleaned in years. The kitchen area Is outdated and needs remodel. The curtains on the windows had a weird odor. The outside of the area looks rundown. Even if you paid me to stay there for a night I would not accept

I left a whole list of things that was wrong
Well it started off with I didn't have what I wanted for my reservation they try to give us the king bed with no TV instead of the two bed on the bottom floor. So supposedly was a penthouse that was the most disgusting dirtiest room I've ever been in. I think they should give me a refund

Room was in terrible shape, the room was dirty and there was no trash can. The sink in the bathroom was full of water and bugs, the floor by the other side of the bed was soaked and the manager tried to charge my card 4 times even after it was charged properly.

this place was very filthy carpet was very stained filthy matresses were very stained sheets for blankets that had tears and holes in them room had cockroaches and mice microwave so dirty i didnt want to use it no soap or shampoo no plug for bathtub will not go back there again left a day early

Families please stay away from this !

Again - hotels.com is the worst, they don;t even verify if photos posted her are real. No breakfast included. No pool. This place is accomodation for underprivilaged so rooms are absolute worst. Basin not working, no cleanliness what so ever, no towels, smoking smell is just few
