Again - hotels.com is the worst, they don;t even verify if photos posted her are real. No breakfast included. No pool. This place is accomodation for underprivilaged so rooms are absolute worst. Basin not working, no cleanliness what so ever, no towels, smoking smell is just few

This property was horrendous, infested with drugs and prostitution, parties in the parking lot. I had to call police just to escort me to my car. I attempted to check in and then immediately left due to safety concerns. I did not stay here.
The property looks NOTHING like the pictures online.

When we got there it was ok but realized quickly this was a rental for very underprivileged people one step away from homelessness. When we went to our room it smelled moldy and the room was dark and had a large kitchenette that looked dingy and all we could do was shower and leave. While in the shower my daughter said a man tried to open the door and come in our room. We ran to the office and asked for a refund and they refused to give me any. BTY: there was a police officer that was parked taking to an elderly tenet on the way to the office.

It seemed badly, bedding had cigarette burn holes, shower area was dirty, room was dusty, over all not clean, beer bottles outside of the room… then when we went to cancel, lady at the seat said e we’re over the 15 minute cancellation. Yet was in line behind others checking in as waiting.
Was told had to address with Expedia for refund!
We WOULD NOT STAY THERE!

Terrible property. Did not stay. Was not given a refund. Drug infested. Found out afterwards. It is known prostitution den. Will never use Expedia again. Called helpline as soon as I knew it was unsafe and the line was busy when I finally got through Expedia staff member refused to give me Refund. I absolutely will never use Expedia nor Hawthorne hotel. Terrible terrible terrible!
