For the price I was pleased with how clean everything was including the lobby, room, linen, towels and bathtub/shower combination. Since there was no breakfast, I appreciated having a fridge/freezer and microwave in the room.

The issues that you've brought to my attention regarding bugs and a loud refrigerator and bathroom fan are unsettling to hear as we work with a Pest Control company who regularly treats the property for pests as is standard in the industry. This is not the standard that Red Roof upholds for our hotel. Your concerns will be escalated in order to have them addressed. At Red Roof, it is our intention to have your confidence in our abilities to prevent similar problems in the future.
