Very nice, as a nurse who travels, they made it very convenient to check in and it was very clean. Will definitely stay again when in Fort Wayne!

Nice and clean all around! Close to the restaurants and the walmart. Great location and kindly staff. Enjoyed stay in this hotel!

Strangely very damp
Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThis was hands down the weirdest stay we’ve ever had. It’s clearly a renovated building, and aesthetically, it was nicely done. However, the room itself was INSANELY humid. Quite literally everything was damp. Shower towels never dried after 12+ hours, the furniture fabric was saturated and would leave wet spots on your pants, the bedding, your person, and even your own clothes felt wet and clammy - like when you pull something out of the dryer too soon. The room also smelled funky, and the bathroom floors were sticky. We booked a two night stay and left after one. Despite this, the staff were wonderful - very pleasant and friendly. Our best guess is the renovation didn’t provide enough ventilation somehow. Just be forewarned.

We do apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your room. However, if you would have notified the front desk, they would have switched your room for you. Also, if the temperature wasn't set correctly on the AC, that may have caused some of the issue.

Hotel is set back off the road a bit but easy to find. Check in was smooth. Staff was friendly and recommended a great new Mexican restaurant nearby. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not great. Boiled eggs, cereal, fruit, and prepackaged pastries. I would stay here again if need be.
