Quiet and Very Close to The Boat Ramp
Posted Sep. 23, 2024 on HomeAwayAt first, we booked the house for August, but storm Debby rolled in can caused the river to flood and the boat ramp to be closed. They were very understanding and worked with us to get a new date on the schedule. We liked how the boat ramp was literally just a couple hundred yards from the house, which made it very easy to get in and out. The house was very nice and the neighborhood was quiet. The driveway circled back to the side road which made getting in and out easy without backing up. We will definitely stay there again!

Comfortable and Cozy
Posted Jul. 10, 2024 on HomeAwayWe stayed for three nights and had a really nice time. It felt like a home away from home. The house was clean and cozy. I really loved how they had a lot of cookware lol because I cooked a lot for my kids birthday. I enjoyed the seclusion of the home without feeling totally isolated in the area. My kids and I had a wonderful time visiting the nearby springs. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Wedding Weekend Getaway
Posted Mar. 25, 2024 on HomeAwayThis was the perfect cozy cottage. Nice private Property. Everything we needed Was there. The location is amazing. We even seen Deer, A lot of Em. We had our17 months old and she loved it too! She thought the UNO Cards were there just for her 😊 . This is One of the Nicest Places we have Stayed at and Would Definitely Stay Again. Everything was Clean and Communication with Jade and Shawn was Excellent.

surprisingly nice!

Ginnie Springs for my Birthday
Posted Sep. 22, 2023 on HomeAwayI thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was just a short drive to the Springs and it was a very comfortable house that had everything that I needed for the short time I was there. The only issue is that I didn't get to stay long enough. The next time I come, I'm hoping to stay closer to a week rather than just a few days. It's also only a 10-15 minute drive into town where you can pick up any groceries you need. For a place that's not that far from civilization, it gives you a nice country feel and it's also an extra bonus that it's right across the street from the Santa Fe river.
