Very spacious, with a lot of natural light in the bedroom. Very well located, many restaurant and stores around. The rooms are not very well soundproof, noise in the middle of the saturday night from room neighbours

Love the room with the King bed, very comfy. Walk in shower is very nice. Love the modern loft feel. Valet parking.

Horrible, staff felt we were Inconveniencing them.

Checked in electronically via their app and expected the room to be cool when we got there and it wasn't and would not cool down. The television remote did not work and the staff got that corrected but the volume never would come up. We asked the staff the next day to correct the lack of cool air and they acted as if if was an inconvenience and never did correct it. We were supposed to stay two night and finally at about 10pm we elected to pack our bags and drive home which was about a 3 hour drive and I had to locate my own bag cart on another floor as they said they were all out and didn't go look for one.
