The door hinge was bent and hard to open and had to pull door shut leaving or push it shut when inside. The toilet seat was broke and if cleaner between use would have know this. The insulation around window was letting in cold windy air and noises. Room 314 and Saturday nite came back and both keys were invalid Whatsythe reason? Can and emptied room trash on Saturday the last day. Not acceptable! Need to have someone around to wipe tables in breakfast room after use. Had to do it our self. No checks on that area. Stay here before and now coming back in May 27, 2024 and might cancel. This place needs a little more attention to details on everything.

Gentleman at the front desk was really nice, rooms were clean hotel was quiet. The only issue we found was the plugs on the left side of the bed do not work

This property was VERY well lit at night, a huge plus for me. The inside of the hotel smelt great the entire time I was there and always clean from top to bottom. Staff was very friendly. I love this hotel and will stay again.
