I tried to check into my hotel room. The card reader was not working. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes for the front desk employee to fix. After 10 minutes, I received no update. I left the property and found a different hotel and was told I would not be able to get a refund

The staff was very informative. The texas customer service is great. The facilities were very clean.

The rooms smelled terrible and i had to go out and purchase items to disinfect my own room
