We received no information on how to check into the property. So when we arrived to the property, there was no front desk, no one answered the phone, or message system. We were unable to stay there and had to find a new place to stay at 9pm in ft worth on a Friday night. My refund is still pending.

We are sorry about your experience, Please read your booking confirmation (We are Not a Hotel, We are a condo, Your booking tells you in the check in instructions that there is No front desk, and also explains that you must complete the check in registration prior to arrival! This information is listed on the check in instructions at the bottom of your confirmation.
