Weekday staff was very nice, weekend staff was rude and acted like they didn't know how to do their jobs. Housekeeping never came by to clean the room

Been here for 9 days and house keeping has not once asked if room needs cleaned. Weekend staff Is rude and acts like they don't know how to do there jobs.

Disappointed 🙁

Was not good. The room has a smell of paint and something else had to wear my oxygen all the time due to the smell. The AC was not cooling. We have stayed here before and it was not this bad they were actually nice and clean they had tape everywhere NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. We had family come down with us was embarrassed due to the conditions.

After hotels.com change the date i wanted to book the hotel refuse to change the dates or accommodate after knowingly that the date was wrong . Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone . Ac doesnt work well and they are remodeling so water could possibly be off with no notice or anything
