They never have clean towels, or sheets, the staff is great but the higher ups are not giving proper funding or assistance, they want to raise rates but rooms have missing appliances and there are no We Queen beds like it says online, only full size, very mis-leading, but the staff is amazing and the manager Rachel is very helpful in every way

The staff was great. The front desk says 24/7, but there’s a sign on the door saying 7:00am-10:00pm (or something). My flight arrived before 7:00am and no one was there. Called the telephone number, and redirected to get to Operator - phone rang and someone came to the phone then saw me outside the door. He was able to help me. Room is perfect what you’re paying for. Clean, large bed, and small dining area with kitchenette. The only thing I’d improve is adding a thin secondary curtain for privacy while having some natural sunlight. Besides that, was perfect for what I needed.
