The property was conveniently located for the various engagements we were attending. Highways were accessible. The staff was professional and addressed all our needs. The value for the price was excellent.

I had to work at the hotel room and the desk and chair were very comfortable. The staff was great. Breakfast was good, especially the coffee.
The room was also very comfortable.

Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsSo the first night I got a room and it was OK to pull out bed had some crumbs on it. So we moved to another room which was 107 and the TV was broken. It was literally scree loudest noise you could ever hear and then the volume would cut off. Then we went to room 115 and the microwave wasn’t working. The refrigerator wasn’t working. Mine is a handicap accessible room and in the bathroom on the rail that you used to stand up in the bathtub with was coming out of the wall. But the bed was amazing and the customer service was excellent. I just wish that I hadn’t had to move so many rooms and still got a room that wasn’t acceptable.

Worse hotel you can stay run don’t walk away
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsWe were put on 1st floor, Saturday night people started shouting loud and then punches ensued just outside our window. This was at 3:00am. Then they brought it inside and continued cursing, fighting, shouting, more than several people involved. They were obviously homeless, drug addicted people that should have never been checked into a 8.2 rated hotel. We were fearful. Finally the police showed up and tried to stop it. They were still there when we were checking out in the morning. I spoke with Torrie and she said they were comping the room to everyone who was around this mess. I followed up with hotels as I booked with them so refund had to run through them. They verified the above night and I was assured a refund, but that’s it, it never happened. Never a response an email or a refund. I have given it time and they have all refused to respond hence this review of what happened this horrific night. I will never step foot in a Fairfield nor book through Hotels.com. Sad state of affairs when people do business like this.
