Interior was too dark and the bad smell was coming everywhere except room.

The room was spacious and clean. Rm125 was across from the pool and next to the back door so it was not quiet at times.
The breakfast was everything you could ask for and fresh cooked by staff.

Hampton now low class?
Publié le 10 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWalking down the hall, the carpet was weathered, old, and in bad condition.I had a studio suite and room phone and TV didn't work, there was a hole in the wall, and EXCESSIVE reconstruction and repatching on the ceiling- with unmatching paint to cover up the work. Tried to call front desk many times- I could hear them but they couldnt hear me. So I went back down to front desk to tell them the tv did not work. I was told to unplug it from the wall and then go into the back of the tv, find some connector, unplug that, wait 30 seconds, etc, etc, instead of being offered help. Not enough parking due to blocked off spots because they were doing some painting or repairs. Use the stairwell and it reeked of marijuana. I had 2 men following me down the hall then standing at the end of the hall staring at me when I would turn around and look. Not even sure if they had a room there. Lots of people "hanging" around outside- didnt feel safe going out to car by myself and didnt feel comfortable leaving anything in the truck for fear of a break in. Dont know if they were dealing drugs or not but when one guy is posted on a bench by the front door ALL night and cars drive up and he walks over to them for 3 seconds then they leave- saw 3 cars within the 10 minutes I was grabbing stuff from my vehicle.
