Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HotelsHighly disappointed...i got absolutly no rest...as we getvof the elevator myself as well as my two daughters witnessed a woman vomiting all over the hall way...but it gets worst...as we walk down the hall there is whatvsounds to be a multiple room party going on....they were fussing cussing slamming doors literally all night long...this contined until well after 3cam when i couldnt stand it anymore...no one told them anything...i just paid iver 200 dollars for a room i couldnt even sleep in...and having to explain what was going on to 13 year old at that..very dissatisfied.

Nice large king room, great amenities and the young man at reception was the first one to ask if I was a Hilton rewards member and credit my account. Needed more towels for our room and housekeeping came up immediately and delivered with a smile. Would definitely stay there again!

First, my wife and my friend went to the hotel, we got room key that wasn't working! Next we got another room, and after that when we came back to the room we found another couple had booked the same room! Securities were called and treating us to call the police, although we paid for that room first! At the end we ended going back home as we didnt want any issues! Would definitely love to see how to get my refund.
