Our front desk agent endeavored to assist with your reservation, which had been booked through a third party. Unfortunately, your card had declined multiple times due to insufficient funds.I understand that this situation was frustrating, and while our team worked diligently to resolve the issue, our records indicate that your wait time at the desk was closer to 15 minutes, including the time spent attempting to process your payment.Nonetheless, I appreciate your mention of the cleanliness of your room, and I assure you that we will use your feedback to enhance our training programs and improve our overall guest experience.We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with a more seamless and enjoyable stay.

Room smelled of mildew

Our room had a musty odor of mildew. The carpet felt wet and had a bad odor. Also, our coffee maker would not dispense hot water. 😩😩

All my luggage was stolen from yhe parking lot. Staff wouldn't let me see the security cameras.

Dear Joel,While we understand your concern and frustration we did want to point out that you had left your luggage on the back of your vehicle in the parking lot completely unsecured, because you stated you’ve travelled from Chicago to Mexico and never had this issue before.You had filed a police report over the phone and were upset that they wouldn’t come take your report other than over the phone. We understand your dash cam for whatever reason didn’t record anything before 6am. We always recommend to all guests and we have signage that say the same “hotel is not responsible for damages or theft to vehicle or contents”. This is standard at any business. While we understand this may frustrate you, we kindly request that you are fully transparent especially given the circumstances.
