Overall the hotel was very clean. The parking was the worst. Very limited parking spaces and if you drive a truck or SUV it's extremely hard to get in or out of the spaces. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast and coffee were not ready on time. We checked out at 7 am and the coffee wasn't even started. They told us they were about to start getting everything ready. (Was told 6-10 am was breakfast on Mondays) the staff was very friendly and kind and the rooms were clean.

It was so run down and filthy. The elevator is terrifying, the room was dingy with roaches in the bathroom. The shower only ran scalding hot water. If you switched to cooler it shut off to a trickle. The cover on the AC fell off within minutes of us entering the room. They sent maintenance to fix it but they could not because it was not the cover for the brand of unit. You could hear every neighboring room like the people were in the room with you. Weed clouds everywhere you went in the hotel. The ONLY saving grace for this hotel was the friendly staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

10/10 stay
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe stay was amazing! Check in was easy since I had prepaid, front clerk lady’s were super sweet and helpful, only thing is parking is a little bit limited but over all stay was good and rooms are clean and comfy.

Close to Dickies Arena. Very friendly young man at check in and check out. My only complaint is the shower never got warm.
