This hotel is in the best spot for hitting downtown FW. The room was awesome and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The only thing that sucks is that 4 person elevator limit which made it a little inconvenient going up and down. Everything else was super nice though

Duschen hade ingen handdusch för att bara tvätta kroppen, och den var lite trasig så det gick inte att skruva upp utan att den pumpade. Bullrigt från fläkt och gatan så man knappt kunde sova.
Annars var det superbra service, väldigt god frukost och bra läge.

Love this hotel… but do not like checking in/out on top floor… need coffee in the rooms.

Great and modern, needs some work
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsGreat service, food, and overall vibe. The restaurant Il Modo was wonderful, bar staff Brad and Ariel were fabulous! Rooms were clean and comfy, with a mini fridge and steamer. Nice robes! No microwave though. Icemaker on our floor was broken but concierge brought some up when asked. Had to ask for a coffee maker setup in the room, but it was great (Nespresso).
Elevators and valet took forever on Sunday morning at checkout, so get downstairs early and ask for your car before 11am. The breakfast items you can order (room service) are the same as at Il Modo but with a delivery fee, so I highly suggest going down to enjoy before the checkout rush. Luggage carts and elevators were hard to come by after 10am.

First Time at Kimpton Harper Hotel
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HotelsThe rooms were very clean and spacious! Staff was great, cordial, and helpful. Only reason Kimpton didn't get a 5 star rating was because of parking. There is valet available but very pricey.
