All the employees were so nice and very accommodating. I asked for an early check-in and got to hotel with no luggage due to a cancelled flight and they made sure I had all I needed. Food I ordered was delicious and brought quickly. Overall a very nice stay

Our flight was canceled at DFW. We needed a hotel for the night and the ability to get back to the airport at 4:30am. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to help us! Not only did they give us toothbrushes and toothpaste but made sure we got back to the airport on time for our 6am flight! The kindness we really needed for a very stressful trip. Thank you!!!

If you need a hotel at DFW, this is it.
Stayed due to cancelled flight at DFW and while I didn't stay for very long, I can't think of any criticism of the hotel. Every member of the staff I interacted with was great and customer service oriented.
