The only thing is I wasn’t aware that they were going to charge a deposit along with the price of the rooms. I went through Expedia to book the room. I’m supposed to get the deposits back on both rooms. A week later I still haven’t received the deposits back. This was done by the property not by Expedia. When do I get my deposits back???! Not sure who to contact about this.

I had no problems with anything except the staff when I was checking out. I gave them a cash at check in that is required for damages deposit. They refused to give me my cash deposit back because I cut my finger and got a drop of blood smaller than a nickel on the comforter! That is outrageous. They basically stole my deposit from me because it was cash. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO STAY HERE.
